Communication was fantastic, he contacted me almost daily with updates and answered my questions promptly. We sold our home and bought our new home, both with John, simultaneously. He facilitated the bid process with the new home quickly and helpfully. He sold our existing home in four days with a full price no contingency contract (and we had 5 offers in 4 days). He hired an expert photographer and helped us show our house off to attract buyers (obviously, it worked). He went over and above many times during the process.
